As per the the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”), effective 1 July 2021, please note that all documents are password protected in order to protect your personal information, however please be aware that if necessary and relevant, your information will be shared with third parties, such as Investment houses and others indicated on the accepted document.
We thus advise that TRACEY DEVONPORT FINANCIAL CC will be collecting, recording, processing and distributing the personal information provided by the client for the purposes of providing ‘advice’ and/or ‘intermediary services’ as per the FAIS Act and Regulations, including providing certain personal information to Product Suppliers, unless you advise us to the contrary.
